At Pädaste, we find it important to invest in the development of our staff. Most of our training takes place on the job. In addition Pädaste manor gives staff the opportunity to join the 5-week Pädaste International Traineeship Program with an exiting possibility to gain experience at restaurants & hotels abroad that belong to the worlds finest.
Pädaste provides excellent housing facilities in its staffhouse fitted with all modern comforts.
We do not hire staff for a single season, but typically look at a longer term employment, be it year-round or during consecutive summer seasons.
