Chef de Cuisine Achim Braitsch has composed a splendid 5-course menu to celebrate the evening. Anna Curly Swing Band performs their most famous hits both in English and Estonian. The evening full of magic and fairytale culminates at midnight with the sea of lights and fireworks to welcome 2024, after which the party continues around the piano with a singalong into the wee hours.
