This September, we celebrate the 11th Estonian Food Month – a moment when nature offers its most generous harvest. From the richness of our gardens and forests to the abundance of our fields, each flavor tells a story of place and season, inviting you to savor the very essence of Estonia.

For over fifteen years, Restaurant Alexander has proudly shaped the culinary identity of the Nordic Islands’ Cuisine – honoring local traditions and embracing the ever-changing rhythm of the seasons. Guided by the belief that true luxury lies in authenticity, our kitchen reveals the pure character of each ingredient.

 

Chef de Cuisine Achim Braitsch crafts his menus from the finest produce of local farmers and the fragrant herbs and vegetables of Pädaste Manor’s own garden. In his hands, the harvest of Muhu’s landscapes – from sea to the forest and back to our gardens – is transformed into a narrative of taste, where heritage and creativity meet.
